According to Liberty in TW, Jerry will get the highest pay in TW of the TW produced dramas for accepting the role in White Tower, which is NT$250,000 per episode. According to Liberty, Jerry got a lot of offers from China, and his market price is at least US$10,000 (about NT$330,000) per episode. Even Director Chai initially assumed that at least NT$400,000 would be needed for Jerry's pay for each episode. This time Jerry accepted
