Although, The Hospital is a drama about happenings in a hospital, it is virtually a microcosm of the society. The Hospital depicts the bright and dark sides of human natures. Unpredictable fates, joys, struggling of power, cruelty, temptations, true loves, and other human natures are the major ingredients for The Hospital. About The Hospital Original novel: “The Hospital”, published in 1999 is a popular novel of the renowned writer Mr. Huo Wen -Yeong. Huo’s medical background contributes a lot to the success of his novel. He can subtly depict every scene in the hospital, which makes the stories more persuasive, real, and touching the heart of readers. Words of the Director: “Finally, it’s time to begin the shooting for The Hospital. I have never felt so touched at the beginning of a drama shooting.
